Meet the team

Terri Tamez, CPC, CEDC
President and Chief Executive Officer

Terri is a certified coder with nearly 20 years of experience in Emergency Medicine coding.   She has worked with many well known academic hospitals, critical access hospitals, free standing emergency centers and urgent care facilities nationwide.

Terri may be best known for her work in the FSEC market over the past 14 years.  She has partnered with many of the innovative physicians since free standing emergencies centers emerged in the state of Texas.   She is considered one of the leading authorities regarding coding and revenue cycles processes in acute care medicine.

Matt Tamez, CPCO, CPB
Chief Operating Officer

Matt is a seasoned leader with over 22 years of management experience for companies ranging in size from small start ups to Fortune 100 companies. Matt has extensive experience in the information technology space managing complex teams of developers and engineers to deliver world class solutions that help to propel businesses to the next level in their maturity.  Matt is heavily involved in billing consulting in the FSEC space and is also active in lobbying for the Free-Standing community.
